The vineyard
The base of the project is a vineyard of 11 hectares, which is composed of our native varieties Hondarrabi Zerratia (80%) and Hondarrabi Zuri (20%). 5 hectares were planted in 2008 and the remaining 6 in 2013.
Located at an altitude of 260 meters above the sea level, the vineyard is a steep slope with south orientation. Its soils are acid, clayey and shallow, which are settled on limestone and marl.
